Question Sbf flex plates

So how do you find the part number on a used flex plate? I found some numbers on the weight but they are not the complete part number.

I am trying to mate a AOD to a 351w and got a flex plate that was suppose to be the right one but is the same as the plate that was on the motor which I believe was a E40D plate?

I think its a 89 Crown Vic w/351w and aod
OE # E0AZ-6375-A
164 teeth ; pitch 12
14.23" outside diameter.
