They don't have factory headers. They have exhaust manifolds. Are you telling me the frame rails on a TJ are narrower than a YJ?

The tj frame is narrower then the yj because of the recess for the springs. I don't know how the 6.0 have there manifolds routed but I will know soon when I put a 6.0 in mine

Benny87 used factory 5.3L manifolds (same as 6.0L) on his TJ and made it work just fine.... Until he had heat issues and swapped them out for direct fit shorties.

Mine is a YJ & I used the manifolds. Benny's is a TJ and he used the manifolds.

jimmy has the manifolds on his also(5.3).but it is a 90 degree bend and about a inch of clearence.novak also says use the block header. i really don't give a fukc what she uses now. to do it right you have to buy a header.

I'm hoping for Dog party, (Feb 19th) but that's kinda cutting things close. Somewhere around ther I imagine.

If you run into spots you have to thrift to stay within your budget, I think I may be able to lend a hand with the wiring and calibration on your LS. It all depends if I can find the base files to work with.
