Newbie with 96 tracker 4dr. 4x4

Hello it is nice to find a site where I can ask folks with similar interests questions. I have a 4dr. tracker 4x4 I wish to lift and put a set of 31x10.5s on. I am on a budget like most of us and would like to know the easiest and CHEAPEST way to get this acomplished. The truck has 85000 miles on it and I think it is the 16valve job. I am not a hardcore offroader, although it is fun as heck, I just want the look and feel of driving a bigger 4x4. I am not a huge mechanic but I am fairly firmiliar with working on 4x4s I used ho have a couple of old Broncos we used to trail ride with in Norther Mich. I did all my own work and think I should be able to haandel a job such as this. Any help would be much appreciated.
