Unhappy 99 7.3 turbo diesel engine or exhuast problem

its a 99 7.3 turbo diesel with a straight pipe side dump before the rear tire and is making a sound like a exhuast leak only when in accelerating or just driving and its fine at idle but the pipe i put in is all fine but i was thinking it might be the down pipe any ideas or tips on what it could be?

It could be many things; an innercooler boot might be bad/loose or the clamp at the exhaust side of the turbo isnt in place.

its the exhaust back pressure valve doing that, sounds like ass too. Its a butterfly type valve in the exhaust and is supposed to restrict the exhaust to help it warm up faster. Mine warms up the same no matter what and I have mine unplugged, I have noticed any difference except the noise is gone now.

Unplug the exhaust back pressure. It's on the front of the turbo.
