What does this have to do with Sparks again?

and then the rest of the world pays higher insurance premiums

I hate to disagree with you here, becuase I am all about keeping the government out of my drinks, cars, etc. I can give you an example of how YOU not wearing your seatbelt can impact me.

You are traveling in front of me, without your seat belt on. You slam on your brakes to avoid hitting a turtle in the middle of the road, my brakes fail. I smash into the back of you, launching you out of your vehicle into oncoming traffic and you get smashed by a semi truck. What could have been a couple of stitches or broken bones is now vehicular manslaugter.

Now of course, if I had properly working brakes or was following further behind, this would/could have been avoidable--so I'm not blameless. But I sure am bummed that you weren't wearing your seatbelt.

That's a whole other topic that needs to be addressed as well, I completely agree with you there.

Insurance needs to change to where what other people do don't affect me.

Unfortunately I know that's not the way things work but putting a law in place for people to wear seatbelts obviously doesn't work because people still don't wear it. So let the dumb ones die off, and while we're at it let's not cover them under insurance either.

These laws protect me from the poor decisions of you. It wouldn't bother me so much if all the people who failed to wear their seatbelt or helmet died in every collision; the problem is dumbfucks who fail to take their accident to completion. These are the people that don't die but instead become vegetables or paralyzed and just bleed the living shit out of the medical system so I have to pay higher insurance rates.

I personally encourage people such as yourself to drive without restraints or a helmet. If you get killed, it's just Nature's way of dealing with the stupid.

That would defeat the fundemental foundation of insurance--which is based on the law of large numbers. In it's most simple form: If insurance claims occur at the rate of 1:10/year, meaning there is one claim for every 10 people each year. Each person pays $X per year, the insurance company now has the $10X funds collected from their insured group to pay the claim for the one person. If the rate for your zip code is 2:10/year, the rate has to go up for everyone in your zip code to be able to pay 2 times as many claims. If the rate for your age group is 3:10/year the rate has to go up for everyone in the age group in order to be able to pay the claims. There are, of course, many other factors, but I think you get the idea.

The only way to have insurance that isn't impacted by your peers or neighbors is to self insure--which you can't do in this fine state.

I know how it works, and it would be a difficult thing to change. A lot of people in my age group are fucking idiots, and it sucks that my insurance rates are based off of other morons and not me personally.

Four Loko tastes like shit, at least for the first 3 or 4 sips. It does pack a punch though. I don't think I'll miss it.

I drank Four Loko last night with my two friends. 2 for $5. Does taste like poop. I don't understand how people can chug these like beer though. I'd for sure puke if I did that as sipping is hard enough. From what I gather Lemonade flavor is the least painful. Blue smells really good but does not reflect on the taste

Based on your post; true, until analingus is outlawed, then only outlaws will have analingus.

I can't say i'll miss Four Loko's by any means... Drank two once and never had a desire to again.

Give me some whiskey or beer.

Piked up four of the four loko today. I had to try it just to say I did sort of thing. The watermelon is marginal at best....... first sip was awful, subsequent sips are slowly improving.

Tastes gross at first, gets a little better but if you don't chug the thing practically, you have to choke down the last part of the can too.
