Default Republican campaign signs

I have a commercial property in Auburn (near Bay City and Midland) I am willing to let REPUBLICAN candidates use for posting campaign signs. Its right in downtown Auburn on Midland road so the traffic count is very good.

PM me for contact information.

I was just throwing it out there. I've got a few signs on the property now. I just want to do my part to eliminate the Democrat disaster that plagues this country.

There is a house of rep candidate on this site, and a candidate for another position which would give away who he is.

That's GREAT!
How do they stand on motorized access to public lands?
Would they be willing to tell us who they are so that we can get an idea of their positions on land access? This might sway voters toward them.

Could that have anything to do with a limit the city has on the amount of signs you're allowed on a property? They can, and will, take down signs if they have a set amount.

For the OP, I would also check ordinances on signs in your township. Some don't allow signs in yards. Political or not.

BTW, I like the idea. Down on 99 and 34 (I think) there is a "Vote Ron paul" sign that has been there for 4 or 5 years. If you do this, Keep it up to date.

The property where I have the signs is commercal. I have a few signs there now but it's not too extreme. I just want to do my part to stop socialism.

Do you really think any candidate in their right mind would out themselves on a website like this before an election?

I can't say for all communities, but in mine the campaign signs have to be taken down very quickly after the election. I want to say it's one or two days. The candidates can be fined if the signs are still up after the deadline.

I had an internship in the planning and zoning office in Birmingham while I was in undergrad and one of my tasks was to go out and around election time and remove political signs that were posted in the right of way - usually between the sidewalk and the road or within a specific distance from the road in areas without sidewalk.

If I started taking the signs down at 8:00 a.m., by about 8:15 the phones at the police department would already be ringing with people complaining about their political signs getting stolen. Sometimes I would have irate homeowners come out and threaten me and I would try to explain where they can and cannot place the signs. If I gave them their signs back (which I would if they actually came out and said something), about 90% of the time I could drive around the block and come back and their signs would be right where they were when I first took them down. People are stupid.

These were also probably the same homeowners who would complain about thieves stealing the garage sale signs they had posted on all the street lamps in the summer.
