With my 02 Stroker; Wildman tuned chip, 4" exhaust and good air intake if I crank my chip up to the race setting i can at full throttle hit 1100 in a few seconds, Ive got digital gauges that have an alarm. When I tow i rarely see anything over 800-900. Ill be installing a 6.0 innercooler and trans cooler very soon to help lower temps.

Yeah, same here in my higher programs, but I think CTB2 might have Inj. issues giving him higher EGT's than normal.

Didnt that style of powerstroke not have an innercooler? I cant remember when the stitch over was. With out an innercooler egt's would be higher then normal.

the OBS (94-97) didn't have intercoolers. All Superduties (99+) have intercoolers.

was that leak between the pass manifold and the Y pipe going to the turbo?
i have a leak somewhere around there thats really bad. someone on the powerstroke forum mentioned that they use gaskets from a GM 350 to replace the stock exhaust gaskets, anybody know if this is true or if there is a write up somewhere?
