Disagree. A 4 popper with a leaf sprung rig won't bust many shafts. I went 3 years with a 4.2 and 5 years with a 383 v8 and never busted a 35 shaft. Broke a few 30's though. Running 33's and then 35's.

x2
I ran a leaf sprung YJ D35 with a pretty stout SBC and 35's for a good couple years. When I finally blew it up, I was beating the shit out of it on a hill and exploded the center section. Shafts were still good.

33s are as big as i plan to go and some 4.88s are coming sometime in the nest year or so, so i dont think i will have any issues with the 4 banger and 33s.

Looks awesome with the wheels and 32's.

OMG! YOU'RE NAWT GOING 2 RUN 60'S!!!!?????? YOU'RE GOING TO BREAK AXLES JSUT LOOKING ATT IT!!!!

A regeared 2.5 that is treated with respect makes a fantastic rig. Example: Detr6oit's TJ.

(I know, it had big axles, but it also had 40 or 42's on it too)

Glad to see the alcoas made the cut.

Looks sweet - especially for the initial price of the Jeep.
