Default My M416 trailer

I bought this last week. It is solid all over, but a lot of surface rust in the bed. Looks like a homemade tailgate fabed in.

If anyone has original tongue parts I would be interested in them.

is that actually a 416 or is it a civilian bantam trailer ? they would have had taligates in them, and tail lights like that.

I dont know. it looks like the tailgate is home made, but it is a pretty nice job.

Bantams had round fenders. That looks like an original m416 with the lunette removed and a home-fabbed tongue, as well as a home-fabbed tailgate. It's pretty common for guys to cut 'em up and put a tailgate in them.
