Yes, this all takes place in the area where you went through Bounty, Warn Valley, but with 3 new challenges that we have built.
The new tire crawl, hammer hill, and the a wooded trail that has yet to be named. It going to encorporate all aspects of wheeling.

It will have many rocks, hills, tires, mud, logs, pipes, concrete, woods, negotiating tight turns through the trees, off camber, all the good stuff on one course, and a butt load of money being payed back to the winner.
This one will be worth getting into.

Hope to see you at this one!

WOW! a real payout, sounds great!, if the junk is still in one peace
do you think you'll have trouble filling all ten spots per class. only 5 at drummond and 6 at R&V 40" class, same pay out if less show up? great to see you guys going strong, 4 places in the rock crawl tour next year?

We are going to make every effort possible to fill all the spots in both classes.
We will try to fill any gaps with sponsorships if we can.
But, in the event that we cannot, we will adjust the payouts accordingly.
We realize that it's an aggressive number, but we're hoping that the quality of the event, the aggressiveness of the course, and the heavy payout will help draw in the numbers we're hoping to see compete.

Hey, borrow an extra set of tires, grab some more entry money, and run two classes if ya want.

We would love to be the 4th park on the rock crawl tour.

Thanks, and hope you can make it out to the event!

What does having 42's have to do with be able to run both days? You'll probably be broke, so I wouldn't worry about it.

It will be a best time event, with an air horn start and finish, one Master Time Keeper.
Out of bounds penalties will be assessed with field judges reporting back at the end of each run.

We are using a half mile course because of where it's located within the park, and how we are building some of the obstacles.
It's going to be a very challenging 1/2 mile.

The official rules and registration info will be posted very soon.

Thanks, and hope to see you out there.

Do you guys have this event up on your web site? I tried to look for info on the event there with no luck.
I would love a link to a page on the even to try and get a group to come out a watch.

just adding my .02 cents. spend it or throw it away. I think the big purse is a great attention getter. But getting people to shell out $300 for an entry fee in a untested comp and organization might be tough. Why not cut the entry down around $100. Yes the purse might be lower but you will probably get twice the competiors and twice the action for the spectators because money will still be on the line.

I think its going to be tough to get the average joe that wants to start trying these type of events to come out and drop $300 unless they know they have a good shot at winning. Have a lower entry fee, put on a great event, everyone has fun, money is won, and everyone comes back the next year.

im in no way bashing your race. I would like to run it, im just trying to help you guys out.

The math is giving me a headache

so everbody placing 5th or better is gonna get a g?

I would consider attempting to enter, but coming up with an extra $300 isn't likely. But I do like the idea of a higher purse and registration, that way you get more of the commited and skilled rigs/drivers vs the average joe.
