I'm kind of interested also. Can I "borrow" it this wednesday for some practice runs at Milan Dragway, and then thursday is wheelie competition, and friday I'd like to take it for the weekend to Deals gap. Mmmmmmmmkay? Thanks.

Do I qualify? 02 CBRF600F4i - new michelin's and 13,000 miles. Picked it up last week for having fun around town and because I've always wanted a bike like this.

Actually, pretty comfortable. I rode a R6 and a GSXR before this and they felt uncomfortable after a little while. This I can sit up straight if I want and still ride (I'm 5'11"). The balance on the bike is nice too. It's not to heavy or to light. All in all I'm happy with it.

What type of mileage you been getting? And do those mirrors work pretty good, I've been thinking about it on my nighthawk, but don't want to if they don't work good.

So last tank I decided to check my MPG\\\\\\\\\\'s. I guess I just had assumed I was doing well, since I usually never hit 10,000 RPMs. It turned out that since the previous fillup I was getting 54 MPG. I was kind of bummed, considering I was riding a 250. So the next fillup, I had already put on 50 miles of normal riding, but for the next 100 I calmed it down more. I did a lot of short shifting and stayed around 55 mph, maybe 60 here and there. I ended up with 65 MPG on this fillup. Woohoo. I bet if I had ridden the same way for the whole tank, I could have been a little closer to the fabled 70 mpg. :) Now I know that I need to relax a little more if I want the big numbers.

As far as the stick-on convex mirrors go, they aren't as detailed as the mirrors, but they do allow me to see behind me without having to move my arms. I'm thinking about just pulling them off, I'm not sure. I'd like to see a clearer image of what is behind me.

'New' toy....

1965 Ducati Diana 250. This is the very first motorcycle I ever rode on. THIS bike, not one like it. I got it from my uncle, he bought it in 1967, and last rode it in 1983.

This is how it looked when I brought it home....

I still say that Shawn has the best sounding Harley I've ever heard too. It's not ridiculously loud, but still has a low and deep rumble to it.

X2 I know if a 5k mile Ultra Classic that was purchased for IIRC $11,500 or 12,500 with tons of options on it. I also know of a slightly modded out Heritage Softail that was around 6k. Both in excellent shape.
