Default Changin brake pads on street bike

The rotors are not warped or grooved, and I am putting new pads on, what do you guys do with the rotors, I am thinking run a roloc disc on them to get rid of the directional finish, is that good enough, or should i have the grinded or turned or whatever you do with motorcycle rotors.

If they are not warped or grooved just put the new pads on. M/C rotors are not thick enough to "turn" they can only be replaced if there are any issues with them.
