The NP203 transfer case is a heavy duty gear driven transfer case in a cast iron case. The NP203 gear driven transfer case is considered by many to be the king of bulletproof. It was supplied in many GM, Ford, International and Dodge full-size trucks.

You sure it's a 203? I was under the impression that the 203 was the chain driven case, and the 205 was the gear driven case.

If it's a th400 / 205 combo, I may be interested.

Thanks

lol sorry no the t case is worth 200 alone its a 203 Cast iron Gear to gear there is a huge difference between the 203 and the 205 the 205 is weaker and smaller the 203 is bullet proof but very heavy. mostly wanted for the gear box to make a double low on a 205 witch i think is dum but thats my opinion the tranny is a Turbo 400 rebuilt 3000 miles ago with a shift kit and heavy duty every thing.
if u put it in 1st it wont leave 1st until u shift this tranny is built for 450+ HP
im not taking less then $400.00 on the tranny and $200.00 for the t case or u can buy the whole dam truck for 1g witch every thing is new with life time warrenty except the body.

Asking again about that "Gear driven" 203?? Is it a 205 or a 203??

Your "Bulletproof" comment is used extensively to describe a 205, but never a chain driven 203, Take a look here:

If it is a 205, I'm very interested.

203 is cast iron and chain driven... I have one in my barn mated up to a th400. The 205 is gear to gear. Also 203s are full time 4x4 t-cases unless you install a part time kit.
