Default transmission buy or don't buy ?

I has a chance to buy a transmission that is still attached to the original motor. The only thing is that they have been pulled and have sat for ten years. Is this a bad thing should I buy it? Please help

i would for cheap but thats me what transmission is it?and has it been inside?
