Default C6 Tansmission

Alright I am really trying to get this all straight. Can I use a c6 transmission from a 360 2wd for me 390 that is 4x4? If so what if any problems might I have? I really want to make my f250 and automatic I just want to make sure that I get the right transmission and don't waste my money.

The 360 and 390 are the same block, and in the same FE series engine class. Its pretty much bolt and go. Like Big said, get the flexplate and you should be ready to rock.
