I've calmed down lately but i've kicked a few mirrors off while on the bike in the past. X3 on the ball bearings, I have yet to see what they actually do, but people do tend to slow down rapidly when they are thrown. lol

1/2 nuts and bolts work well and easier to restock than ball bearings.
