yea that explorer isnt workt 3700. but the written portion gets you your permit, then you have to take the test which is a nerf toss and you get your cert to get your endorsment. i had mine in 2 weeks after i bought my bike

Remember you need to insure the bike as well. To be safe have a few hundred set aside to cover the sndorsement, safety course, taxes on bike, plate, registration, insurance, etc. For the love of god do not cheap out on a helmet and protective gear. I don't mean to sound arogant but being young and having a "need" for a go fast bike is asking for head trauma/ your body skidding down 696 at 100 mph. A good leather and helmet can be the difference between ems scaping you off the asphalt or getting up and walking away.

Does anybody know how old you have to be to get your endorsement? I am 16 and am taking the msf at macomb next weekend. I just want to know if I will be able to get my endorsement, or if I have to wait until I am a certain age.

I want to say you can not get your endorsement until 18, but you can get a temp at 16 that lets you ride with someone over 18.

You would be mistaken if you said you have to wait until you are 18. If you have a driver's license, you can get a motorcycle endorsement added to it.

Only thing under 18 is that the MSF class is required, not optional.

Yup, I'm only 17, and have my full endorsement (also have the title and insurance in my name solely) but you will need a parent to be there to sign papers allowing you to get the endorsement.

After the cost of the bike, I paid about 100 bucks in taxes, 400 for a year of full coverage insurance, and thats it.....I highly recommend progressive :), half the price of plpd for me on a 98 malibu

Are you fukcing retarted?

Your hoopdy jalopy of an Explorer is worth maybe $500, the need for new wheel bearings and rotted rockers do not increase the value. Add to that the fact that is 15 years old and has nearly 170k on the clock you'd be lucky to donate it.

To even think that what I assume is a half assed attempt to lift your truck 8" would be enough to equal the cost of a newer crotch rocket is just plain stupid.

Not to mention your C-list ad says it could be a great mud truck. Sorry but Ford 4.0L V6 would be lucky to push a tire 35" or bigger. Not to mention with that many miles your tranny is about to shit the bed, its a Ford tranny and your lucky to hit 100k before it shits the bed.

You are a RETARD.
