Are the knuckles the same on a chevy and ford dana 44?

I have been looking for a flat top knuckle for the passenger side of a chevy dana 44. My friend called me and said his brother has a dana 44 out of a bronco with both side flat top knuckles. I realize that i would have to change both knuckles for the cross bar to fit correctly but my question is will they mount up?

To answer the first question, don't believe so, no, the outer knuckles are different. But I believe the inner c's are the same, so you could put the ford setups on the chevy inner axle.
