EFI dirt bike? Sounds complicated. Looks good, but it will be a while before I give up my light weight/simple 2-smoke.

^ EFI is nothing new. Susuki did it first 2 years ago with the 450 honda last year and now yamaha. This year honda did it first with the 250f machine. I guess its a great feel and ride but I have not ridden one with it yet. Sweet bike although deep down its still blue, which means it still sucks money balls

this system is pretty weird. not just that the exhaust comes out the back of the head. but it actually still has a choke/enrichener for cold starts. it is really easy to flood it out trying to start. and a pain in the a$$ to clear out. ill stick with my carb for now

most ppl arent used to 4 stroke bikes, and the first thing they try to do when starting it is give it gas when they kick it. these bikes actually have a accelerator pump in the carb that will flood them out, and most times foul the plug. dont touch the gas, choke it, and let it run choked for at least a minute when it starts. btw, love the new bike! i have a 07 yzf 450, love it........ way better than my buddies crf450, no comparison, no competition.
