they are both in the windsor family. Most of them yes, some are boss, some are modular, but modulars and boss 302's didnt end up in F150's. The 5.8 liter windsor was used in trucks such as f150-f350. Very rarely if EVER was there a 351c in a pickup truck made by ford. The cleveland motor was reserved for muscle cars. Thus leaving the 351 and 302 of the windsor family of engines to be packaged in an f150-350 if the smaller 4.9L I6 and larger 7.3L dieselV8 and larger still 7.5L V8 were not used.
