I've e-mailed twice, called and talked in person 2 times, and tried to call today about 10 times and I still don't have a tracking number for my gears that I purchased on the 5th(which I verified in person over the phone that you had in stock prior to placing an order). Please advise...................

Good luck! After my first and only experience with these guys I will NEVER deal with them again. I paid an extremely high price to have my order shipped overnight and it never showed up. When it did eventually ship out it was shipped to a friend of mine who had purchased a gift certificate for me. So not only did I waste a bunch of money on shipping, I also got to waste additional time and money driving over a hundred miles to get my order. I was real impressed to say the least...

werent we talking about this just aftert you ordered your gears. this sucks man. its bullshit their customer service of a big company should be better then this.

I thought they went out of business or something? Wasn't there a big to-do on Pirate about people not getting orders or being able to get ahold of anyone? I could be wrong though.

I recieved half of my order without any issues. I didn't mean to turn this thread into a vendor bash, I'm just frustrated at the amount of work I have to do to recieve my order, especially since I did the front work ahead of time.

Ok, 2 more e-mails, a voicemail, 20+ phone calls per day since last wednesday(no exaggeration, I even kept a tick sheet for a day) a PM on here while you were online and a couple replys to this thread...........nothing. Another weekend gone by and I'm still gearless. I've been calling to cancel my order for the gears............please call me to settle up for the other stuff. Time to dispute the CC charges.

I was thinking about ordering $500 worth of gear parts from them because of the previous experiences I've had. I'm going to save the hassles and order parts from a business who isnt a shmuck.
