F autozone. I have gotten the wrong parts enough times not to go back and their sub- par customer service licks balls. Locally owned and operated NAPA!

F the zone. I've been treated like shit by their employees at two Jackson locations, and in Cadillac. Even a call to the district manager was a waste of my time.

ACI in Grand Rapids can't be beat. Good family owned place and not too much attitude.

It helps that my best friend works there too......Autozone- not so much....

Seems every chain auto parts store has its mix of retards and knowledgeable people. I have had trouble with all of them. Autozone, advanced auto, murray’s, it really depends on who works there more than the business itself. You just have to find the people that actually know something. Generally those people don't stick around very long though.

A buddy of mine lives in the condos right across the street. He says that's the best autozone he has been to as far as knowledgeable people.

I always forget about them since they are on the other side of town, but the few times I have been in there they are great as well.

I fragged a trailer bearing in Shithole, Georgia. They let us work on it in the parking lot, loaned us tools, offered to stay after closing if we needed it.

It was the guys there, not the store chain, but still.
