That sucks. I don't really know anyone from my graduating class, I was supposed to graduate in 2006 but got out a year early due to going to Charter school.
I went to Anchor Bay High mostly so not sure what that would do.

That's sad, but just out of curiousity, it said "Because she had been given anesthesia, blood-alcohol-content tests were canceled, prosecutors said", so if she had a good lawyer couldn't she get out of the drunk driving?

I noticed that too. Wouldn't that mean there was no concrete proof saying she was drunk?

Yes but how would the lawyer explain a sober 19 year old without any mental defects managing to drive down the wrong side of the highway.

x2. Plus, with the possibility of a 15 year sentence on her hands, I'm sure she already had a pretty good lawyer. And failing a breathalyzer while out on bond surely couldn't have helped her with her case...

The actual blood alcohol limit is only a guide. Ultimately, if the officer can prove that she was under the influence and her driving was impared then she can be convicted.

Anchor Bay? I went there... about ten years earlier though. You probably had teachers that where friends of mine when I was a student there... makes me feel a little old now that I type this.

OK, back to the topic of retarded Hartlanders instead of New Baltimorons.

State's not the only school. There's around 1700 alcohol related deaths amongst college students every year.

Haha, oh I remember her. I heard all kinds of crap about her in HS.

Funny thing Fraser, now that I work in Mason, a guy yesterday was telling me about this and I had no clue it was Melissa. I guess next time I see him, I'm going to have to bring it back up.

But anyways, yes your graduating class does a lot of failing.

That guy had to be on shrooms or something to think it was necessary to hide from security under a bus.
