Default What would I need to re-gear?

I read the sticky, and didn't quite understand it. I have a stock Dana 30-35 setup, and I just blew the transfer case, and broke something in the front end. I figured, while we're in there, to re-gear these.

I want to put 4.88's, or maybe 4.56's in it. Would I need a new carrier to do either of these?

Also, what is stock gear ratio, in the D30 and D35 for Wranglers? It's a TJ if that matters.

Engine and trim level will make a difference. Could be 3.08, 3.73, or even 4.10.

From the sounds of it you already have 4:10s f/r so your carrier could be reused. You would just need a set of ring and pinions and a install kit.
