Pretzels and a glass of water. Sometimes a few lemonheads.

As many as humanly possible, without resorting to rest areas.

I am also making an effort to eat healthier!

Generally I have quaker instant, low sugar, apples and Cimmamon oatmeal for breakfast. Tastes good, less sugar than other instants, more taste than other less sugar's and sticks with me until lunch. If I don't do that, I'll have an apple and a banana or some other fruit combo.

Lunch I'll have a lean cusine if I remember to bring some to the office. If I have to grab something I'll get a veggie or turkey sub from Subway or 3 hard taco's fresco style (if you don't like tomato you can just get them with out cheese).

If I need a snack I try to eat Carrots or Cucumbers with pepper on them...but since cucumber requires slicing I usually end up with carrots or another piece of fruit.

For Dinner I try to eat light and have a big salad with chicken on it, chicken or fish. I love green beans, so it doesn's take any convincing to add those to my meal. I try to make a rule that if I am eating later I eat lighter and if I eat earlier I might sneak in something a little less healthy. If I need something fast food I'll get a naked burrito from Qdoba with NO sour cream or melted cheese.

If I need a snack after dinner I'll have some frozen blueberries, they are like candy.

I don't know if you have access to a computer at work or not, but checking the nutrition guide before you grab something or go out to eat will help you choose what you want in advance, know what you are getting into and make better choices.

Also, drink tons of water and don't starve or stuff yourself.

A can of Coke and stick of butter are usually all I need to get me through the afternoon.

just sort of curious. I have been changing my diet and trying to get ideas.
For breakfasts I make egg white burritos:
I use half of a flax seed lawash
two egg whites
1 oz of turkey sausage
1 table spoon of hot salsa

For morning snack i have usually a stick of cheese and a half an apple
or a yogurt, or peanut butter and half an apple

Lunch is spinach salad with brocolli, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, and home made turkey chunks (3oz)

Afternoon snack is either a yogurt, a stick of cheese and the other half of an apple, or a peanut butter flax seed pita sandwich

Dinner is usually either a soup, chili, salad, or some type of recipe that's heathy. I try to make hearty foods healthy.

I put everything I eat into a site sparkpeople.com to know exactly how much calories/carbs and fat I am taking in daily. I try to keep my calories around 1500 a day.
I also try to eat clean aka non prepared- everything is fresh and from scratch for the most part. I eat 90/10 clean.

It takes a lot of calories to keep someone as plump as me full.

About a pot of coffee and either dinner leftovers, a salad from "room service", or tonight it's a cup of yogurt and a kirkland vitamin/weight loss shake. I work midnights so I don't really have distinguished meals I'll try to have dinner before work and might have breakfast with my dad or friends after.

Breakfast - cereal and bagel
Lunch - Turkey sandwich, BBQ chips, yogurt and granola bar
Dinner - Varies tically
Went on a diet three years ago around this time after weighing myself after the holidays, removed all the snacks from throughout the day and I dropped 20 lbs. Started the snack thing all over again and gained it all back. Weighed myself last night and decided its time to drop the snacks so I'm hoping to keep it off this time. Doesn't help that I have an appointment with my cardiologist on the 8th...
