Smile Well here is my Mud Truck!!!

so here is what i have now and i am going to put 2.5 rocks under it soon. i will post up pics as we get to work on it,,, wooohoooo. well it is a 1972 bronco chassy, typical ford 9" rear locked, dana 44 front, it is a mexican block 302 bored .040 over, ported and polished heads gasket matched to intake,edelbrock f4b dual plane manifold,holley 750 double,msd6al ignition,dec upright headers,very large radiator with dual fans mounted in the rear front to back 1 1/2 pipe copper pipe, orbital hydraulic steering with 2x8 ram full interior roll cage, aluminum custom dash,8 gallon stainless fuel cell,5.5 wild horses progressive springs mounted front and back.

That's the radiator in the back? I don't think I've ever seen anything like that, that's pretty cool. How does that work exactly?

well it keeps the mud out this way,, lol. i just ran a high volume water pump and piped it to the back, works great

So the radiator hoses are running undercarriage to the back, and into the back of the truck? Or are they coming through the firewall and back inside the truck.

no hoses except at the last few inches were it connects to the pump and the radiator,, i ran copper pipe from the front to the back along the frame rail,, and the fans suck the air through, not push! or it will get real hot in the cab even with no windows,lol these fans are out of a few honda accord lx's and the suck a lot of air

Thanks, i have built many many mud trucks from full tube chassis with rockwells, to small mudders and this truck is by far the funnest 1 i have ever done, this thing is a blast to drive!!!! it is just really loud with no windshield and the upright headers, i won't let anyone ride without ear plugs,lol

I can't believe no one has ever seen a rear mounted radiator before

and whats the benefit of having different tires up front?

I was putting on my new boggers when this pic was taken and the battery on the camera was dead.
