Default Master cylinder or Brake booster??????

94 dodge ram 5.9 cummins.

when the vehicle is running and you press real hard on the brake pedal it fades down. No, there is no fluid leaking. how do i know if its the master cylinder or booster??

If the pedal isnt extreamly difficult to press down then i would say the booster is fine they very rarely go bad. check your vacuum lines to the booster but that is probaly not the problem.
