Diesel programmers...what's best

I"m looking for a diesel programmer for a f250 ford superduty with the 6.0 diesel. Just cerious what's the best for around $400.

Look into a SCT. Pretty much as good as it gets for the 6.0. I believe there was one even for sale on here I saw not too long back for a pretty good price.

Also try checking out Powerstrokenation.com for some info.

DP does not offer their own specific tuner for the 6.0l, although they do sell the SCT with your choice of their custom programs. Every diesel truck produced in the past decade or so has a specific tuner that just works best for each specific engine. There's no better choice for a 7.3l than a DP, the SCT with custom tunes for the 6.0l, Spartan for the 6.4l, Smarty for the Common rail 5.9l, Edge Comp for the 24v 5.9l, and EFI Live for all the 6.6l Duramax's.
