Yes, $500 is a lot of money but it is really a moot point if you vehicle is well maintained, correctly built, and you are driving with in the capabilities of the rig.

I know that some mud places have heavy equipment on standby for recovery but that is a very different situation, your entry fee is going towards that heavy equipment pulling you out and that is the sole reason for the equipment being at the venue. I have not really heard of any other ORV parks that have heavy equipment that is ready to be used.

Through 2000xjclassic explanations of the "policy" regarding this topic. It does make sense. And other parks have similar "policies" in place regarding parks and damaged vehicles. Maybe not to the extent of $500, but none the less similar.

He has certainly not done it in a very eloquent manner but I'm sure it gets old going through the same old argument over and over again.

If there is anything I can do reinstall some confidence in JeepSkool, let me know.
Your working on it.

If only you were the operator/owner .

Bundy Hill has equipment on hand that's in use Mon-Fri (similar to HSC I'd say) but they only charge $20 to pull you out of anything you could get stuck in. And all their revenues go back into maintaining and cutting new trails/obstacles on the property. Also similarly priced at $15 day/$25 weekend.

I think Rocks and Valleys is similar as well from what's been said.

I understand as park operator he wants to be on top of all talk Jeepskool, but if he wouldn't go around to every forum known to man that's mentioned Jeepskool and start discussions, he wouldn't have to go around and put out fires on every forum and get all short fused with people. A simple "Any questions, Email me or jump to Jeepskool.com and we'll do our best to answer them" would probably safice. I don't see other operators jumping across 20 forums a day for their parks. z

I might be slightly more eloquent online but as I said before theres no way I want to run this show called JeepSkool as well as everything else that goes on at Southington Hunt Club.

It would be nice if this was the case at JeepSkool but unfortunately the property owner has set the terms of use for HIS equipment and we must adhere to them.

Altho when people did register on his forum to ask questions, as he wanted them to do, they were deleted. So why bother.

As far as I know, the only people that are deleted from the site are people that are clearly registering on the site to start trouble. If some one is registering on the site and then immediately starting trouble that would be reason to delete their post. If someone is registering on the site and asking a legitimate, well laid out question, I assure you that that their post will not be deleted but that it will be responded to

Every week we have at least two or three new people register on the site who then get on and introduce themselves then ask any questions they have. Usually the new members are greeted and have their questions answered within a few hours.

my problem is this... the questions were asked. He got defensive and called us names. now my feelings are hurt. If he wanted us ask questions, "with out the fear of the typical Vebal bashing common on most BB today", why did he not just straight forward say this is how it is, heres your answer. instead of giving us what seemed to be the run around and a "verbal bashing" thats oh so common on most BBs today.

its almost as if he said, "Go to my website and sign up and ask questions cause your website isnt good enough for me to answer your questions on"

Why would i sign up for a guys website that basicly isnt gonna let the questions be asked with out deleting them anyways....

and i know its his baby and he can do what he wants, but with out us, the consumer, his baby isnt worth a lick. in the end its our moneys that pay the bills. and if he figures he dont need my money cause i dont make a diffrence than i sure dont need him cause id gladly go anywhere else at this point to wheel. Its just one park. in Ohio no less but its a shame it had to be ran like that. it honestly looked like a great place.

you are a liar...people have done that and can you guess what happened? Why the hell do you care about putting out fires when the owner/dickhead doesn't? Does he have some nude photos of you or something?

Dont think everyone on here is poo fighting with you.. When the owner of a Park can not conduct himself with the manners god gave a billy goat, you should be able to understand why people are getting upset and not wanting to come to the park. I have never had any other Park owner act that way when if comes to questions about their park.. Normally they will go out of their way to do whatever it takes to make a future costumer happy and understand the rules of the Park...
