75' hp dana 44 drum to disc

I am looking at a set of 75 f100 axles hp 44 I believe and 9". How hard it is to upgrade the front drums to disc? Is it just calipers brakets and the rotor or do I need new hubs?? I can get the set for $75
Worth it to upgrade or find newer with disc?

its not really that hard to do just find a axle with discs and strip everything from the caliper bracket out and you should have all the parts needed to do it..
