2008 Dakota creaking steering wheel

I'm hoping there is some Dodge Tech's out there that can help me out on this one. I've got a 2008 Dakota 4x4 Quad Cab Larmine package and I've had a very loud steering wheel for the past few months. I've got about 23k miles on it and I've had it in the shop 5 times now for them to fix it. Every time I get it home it works fine for a day and then the sqeeking noise comes back. (It's loud and coming from the steering wheel right at the column. So far they have made adjustments, swaped out the clock spring, changed some kind of knuckle under the dash, and they just replaced the entire steering column. As far as I know the only thing they haven't done is put a new steering wheel on it. Does anyone have any information on this problem? The dealer also told me they contacted STAR which is some kind of special help line for them. I'm about to check on the lemon law and see how that works and if I would qualify for it.

I don't know if the steering columns are made even remotely the same but saturn had this problem or still may have this problem. They generally had to lube the steering wheel internals with lithium grease every now and than. Many of them had this problem but than again it's not a chrysler product.

Well it seems nobody knows what is wrong with my steering wheel. The service manager has contacted all of his contacts with engineering and technical support and he has been told that he is on his own because they have never seen this problem before and can not help. It's been worked on 5 times and I'm sick of it. Yesterday I contacted the Chrysler resolution center and they are supposed to get back with me tomorrow. From what I was told they are the people who try to resolve problems before the lemon law goes into play.
