Default Frozen caliper

As i was prepping my truck for winter, i noticed that the piston was frozen. i put the ruff stuff brackets and a set of junkyard calipers off a d44 on about two months ago but the truck had been sitting untill now. i cant even move the piston with a c clamp. is there a rebuild kit i can get? i really dont want to have to buy a new caliper if i can avoid it.
