Default Ok odd question on antiques?

My mom has a bunch of old bronze mission bells, dated back to the early 1800s. Where would I go to figure out how much they're worth/ where to sell them?

If there that old I'd start by talking to a large museum.

They might know where and who to talk to...

If you have good pictures, send them to me along with any details you can see on them and I can see what I can find out about them. Shoot them to StoeckerAuction@att(dot)net. Depending on what they are, you can sell them to a collector, list them on eBay or Craigslist, consign them to an auction, or keep them if they turn out to be not very valuable.

I'll get a pic of them pretty soon, they're on a shelf in the garage. They're taking up space.

Yeah I checked out the site, apparently he wants $75 for appraisal for 1 bell and it has to be over 20" in diameter, which I don't think any of these are, maybe the biggest one.

Are the bells in CA?

I would ask on a site in CA.

If you are selling them and they are in MI I would ask Brosamer to make an offer on the entire collection?

No they are in CA, if they were in MI I would've asked him to make an offer. I joined up on some bell forum called the American Bell Association or something, maybe someone there can tell me where to go. They're quite heavy so I don't think shipping would be an option.
I just don't want to get screwed either since I don't know anything about collecting bells.
