yes you can.

you click on the friend tab at top and create a new list. label it however you want, mine is labeled parents, then add whoever you want.

then go to settings and privacy settings, click on whatever you dont want them to see such as "photos tagged of you", click the drop down menu and change to custom settings, click "edit custom settings" and add the list to the "except these people" part. click save changes and your DONE.

you can make several different lists and make them each of them so that they can see only certain things. its very handy.
