what exactly do you need to know? what engine do you have in your samurai?the tracker set up dosent bolt to the 1.3(altho Im sure it could be done) are you talking auto or 5spd? are you trying to get the tracker trans & t/c before the sami t/c to make a doubler? this pic shows a tracker engine trans t/c set up(with a samurai t/ next to a stock samurai set up enginerear transmounting surfaces lined up.

i have a 1.6 8v in my samy i was asking if a 5speed 4x4 tracker trans and t-case would fit in the samy trans spot. like would the t-case hit the floor? would i have to cut the trans tunnel it get it to fit? not trying to make a doubler i just want to get rid of the divorced samy tcase because my case is broke.
thanks mike

Im not sure about the 5speed Ive installed a tracker automatic & it required some floor mods (with no body lift) and of course new drive shafts & x members the tracker rear d/s comes out the center & sami rear end is offset th tracker 5 speed shifter is abour 5 inches farther back than a samurai (measured from the ft of the bell housing) I looked at the stuff I got out & itlooks like both manual trans are about the same width its not any harder to modify the floor than it is to make x members mounts&driveshafts required hope that info helps
