Yep just change the computer and everything else is plug and play. You do mean on a TBI motor not a TPI motor correct?

If you are going from TBI to TPI you will need to change wire harness and computer. If going from a 4.3 TBI to a 350 TBI you can use the same harness and just change the computer.

PS: If going from TBI to TPI you will also need to upgrade fuel pump because TPI requires more pressure.
