Default Custom control arms

has anyone made there own adjustable control arms and please help me out here idk what kind of joints to use?

rubicon express builder balls seem pretty popular for people building flexy stuff. currie johnny joints have a good reputation too. a good quality heim joint could work well also.
just a couple options? whats better, im not sure. i really liked the rubicon express stuff on my older tj.

build the arms out of 2.0 dom tubing with johny joints. good stuff there.

i have built several sets of dodge arms using the rustys flex joints.

all of my customer have been real happy with them too.
