Default engine block painting ???

after hours, with a wire brush, wd40, and break cleaner I think, I am ready to paint my engine block. the block is soaked down with wd40 right now but when I get ready to paint it I was planning on washing it down with break cleaner to cut the oil on it then giving a good scrub with Mineral Spirits, or paint thinner. befor I hit it with paint.

What have you found to work the best

2x Need to get the oil out of the casting with heat. You can use MAPP gas & bake the surface after you use the brake clean, just burn all area's that are to be painted. use a high temp 1000 degree primer & 2 coats of hi temp epoxy...
