Question chevy springs on a dodge?

ok Im looking to lift my old 86 W150 a bit. I've hard that you can put stock chevy springs on a stock dodge and git lift is this true or no? If so what chevy parts do I need? and how much lift can I git?

Im looking for a cheap way 2 go up a litle bit becuase me 33 rub. Ive jest spent a bunch of money on the motor and trans and now I've got a broke raer spring. So if I can junk yard some springs what lift and whare 4 cheap?

ramchargercentral.com is a great site for info on dodges. lots of ideas for cheap lifts

i know for the front they work all i had to do is grind down the front bushing
