military auctions?

has any one ever bought anything off of www.govliquidation.com/index.html ?

im curious how it works. i see some bids start at $0.00 . but they state the first bid must be $150.00. thats ok. but in the manifest is states that the product is $32,995.87 . im just curious if thats what the product was purchased new for or what? i know they cannt sell the product for that price being as its 10+ years old. just curious how it all works?

for example.

When auction end they can't do hold item if it not meet their price. They force to lose but sell it. I have see nice Chevy Blazer diesel with solid axle that I want to buy it.

Some have reversed price.

Don't be surprise if it $150 but wait last day it could be rocket to $600-$3,000

You see the item manifest is in blue

The Acquisition value shown represents the original price paid by the government for the item(s) listed. This data is provided by the government and should be considered only as reference of the original purchase price for this item(s).

From the Help Section:

"Q: Is there a minimum bid?
A: Yes, a $150 U.S. minimum bid is required for all lots offered in our sales events. If the lot does not get the minimum bid of $150, it will not be sold in that venue. Items are sold on a per lot basis, regardless of how many items or pallets are contained in that lot. GL reserves the right to reject any or all bids entered."

Also important to know:

" Q: What charges in addition to the bid amount will I incur?
A: The final invoice will reflect all applicable charges including: Your final bid amount, the 10% buyer's premium, and applicable sales tax. Please note that the buyer's premium is taxable. "
