can i ask the obvious question of why dont you borrow you grannys van instead of your parents borrowing it and then you drive the parents car. I hope you have an excuse that is a pretty obvious solution hee hee but yea there is probably some issue you didnt mention. Good luck. And one more thing, all my repair issues are related to people crashing into my jeep when i am at stoplights or its parked, but i learned really quick its never done when they say it will be. Not once, i have had my jeep fixed 5 times and never once was it ready within 30% of what they estimated. One time it was supposed to be 3 days and it took 11 days. I wouldn't bet even one dollar of your money that it will be ready when they said.

My mom works like 2 min from our house so she wouldnt be puttin the miles on my granny's van..I would've had no problem rockin the Astro Van for a week if it mean havin a car to use for the week.. plus im not insured on it but my parents are for some reaon.. :duno: as for the repair.. I've delt with the dealership back home enough to know they're usually preatty dead on with their estimated times.. the only issue i had was with the dealer up here once.. and that was cause the part took forever to get in once it did it was missing another part and then the wrong part came blah blah blah.. u know.. Plus Body work is very unpredictable.. if it takes longer than expected thats a good thing.. means they're takin the time to fix little blemishes...

You're not insured on your grannys van is a crock....MI is a no fault state....If you have insurance on you're truck then that covers you driving anyone elses car.

If you get in a accident in your grannys van and total it, her insurance doens't pay for the van, yours does. So yes you're parents are covered on her van, but so are you....just like I'm covered on her van

Dodge Chevy Jeep Ford all break and there is nothing we can do about it my Jeep currently has a bad radiator, bad steeringbox , blown shocks , lifter knock and rearend leak and i still owe like 8grand on the thing and it has 131000 miles so consider yourself lucky at least you have a warranty
