I can't disclose reserve prices, but there are reserves on only 4 items. The reserves are reasonable. That is as much as I can disclose. But, the real estate is definitely absolute.

The Oliver appears to be decent. It shows about 6500 hours, but the 1600 was only made in 1963-1965 I think. It was a 3-4 year window in the early to mid 60's. It is roughly 65hp and the front end loader has some guts. It is currently sitting in my driveway if you feel like taking a look. I am more than happy to execute absentee bids on auction day for people that can't make it.

Legitimate question. This past Saturday there were 36 auctions within 50 miles of Dansville to compete with. On Tuesday, there are only 4 other auctions listed for that day. 2 are industrial auctions and the other 2 are not until 6pm that evening. You should realize that many people work on Saturday too. The people that buy farm equipment don't work M-F 9-5 jobs. They will be at an auction whenever it is held if there is something they want. People interested in buying a house and land will take the time off, or send someone to bid for them. Antique dealers can't normally go to Saturday auctions. They are sitting in their stores or at some antique show somewhere. Unless you have a 5-star auction, holding it on a Saturday isn't going to help the seller.

Please click this link to view the listing. It helps bump the auction higher in the listings of most viewed on AuctionZip. It's shameless PR. ;)

$120,000 plus the 10% buyer's premium, so $132,000 total.
