I got mine from http://www.americanhumvee.com/servlet/StoreFront and had them shipped UPS Freight for ~$150 IIRC, he was a real good guy to work with. Last I checked he didn't have any more though, worth a call

There is an O-ring between the 2 halves, and the beadlock is also sandwiched in the middle

I was thinking wheel, I read it wrong. Mine have the rubber runflat so I wasn't thinking in that way.

This thread helped me out a ton... I'll add that I got the o-rings from amazon, $10.70 or something shipped for a 10 pack

Being a cheap ass, I used 1/2 rebar around the wheel lips instead of rock rings. We'll see how they hold up

For anyone else building these wheels ... I would highly recommend adding rock rings or rebar before dropping these in the rocks. My wheel lips and studs are trashed...

With the thicker bead of the Irok, I'm having a hard time bolting the halves together. I spoke w/ someone and he mentioned pulling the edge off the mag run flat and grinding it down a bit.

Anyone that has ran these familiar with this practice?

I've heard of others having to do it but I got my tsl's to fit so I didn't need to. I would be a bit worried about the new edge (without the metal trim piece) cutting into the bead when clamping down.

Anyone know where to get a set of H1 Beadlocks?

For a decent price of course.

I've read that most don't have problems with the TSL's ... why? It doesn't make sense.

I get them to seal sometimes, but I'm tightening the down so hard that it's coning/deforming the outer ring.

I'm going to try and see if there's room to pull the edging off, grind off a tenth or so, put it back on and see if it helps.

Any reason to go with 8 or 12 bolt beadlocks? And the runflats are necessary right? Rubber or magnesium? Thats all for now
