Default Rust and paint

I wanted to sand blast my rusted bumpers, but my dad's sandblaster wasn't working properly so I started grinding last night but obviously I won't be able to get all of the rust off with a grinder (inside corners and such) so what is the best paint to put over rust on the inside of the bumper? Has anyone tried anything like this http://www.therustdoctor.com/ ? On the outside I'm using self-etching primer and bed liner.

I'd brush all the the loose rust off and get a product called "Metalize" it converts rust to primer and has worked well for me on my ZJ

I don't know where they sell it....I got some from work that was damaged product.

Clint,

I have a blaster you can use or borrow. Bring a bag of sand over and you can use mine (or I might even have enough). It wont take long just to do a few inside corners.
