Default spare tire mount

need some ideas on where to mount the spare tire on an 88 F250...
38 inch tires....
dont want to put it underneath, or in front of the radiator, and I will be putting a toolbox in the bed (basic toolbox at the front of the bed, dual side open lids) so I cant mount it at the front of the bed, and it wont slide in under the toolbox, either (not sure of the width right now, but I think they are 15.5)...also want to keep the rest of the bed as open as possible, and be able to remove the spare as easily as possible for times when bigger items will be hauled in there...

any ideas?

could you put blocks under the tool box to raise it just enough that you could slide the tire under?
