Arrow At Ruffstuff we've Lowered Diff Cover Prices!

Same great 3/8" thick covers but with the recent drop in steel prices we were able to lower our Diff Cover prices by $10 across the board!

They used to be a great value for around $10 more than the rest you got a cover 50% thicker, now for about the same price you get a stronger cover!

And you can still take the discount too and get much more for much less

Still 3/8" thick, still welded inside & out, still machined Flat after welding! These features alone make these the best made but if your mind isn't made up just ask your friends!

Thanks for your continued patronage and we will continue our efforts to bring you fair prices!

Got it on. Had to finese it a little with a rubber mallet, but it's on. Do those drain plugs ever get scraped off? Very stout product.

They do, on rare occassion.....

Thats why we give you 3!

No, its not that common, you have to hit a very pointed rock at just the right angle to touch them.....and if you do its an easy trail fix with duct tape and you can take the cover off at home to get it out and replace it.

First off, thanks Dan and here's why;

The first diff cover I got my mother order for me as a Christmas gift, not that she knew what the hell it was It showed up quick and on SnoFari actually saved me a front ring & pinion Then a second one (that my wife ordered) was hopelessly lost by our wonderful US Postal service. When it became evident to her that it was never going to show up she dropped Dan a e-mail about it and he shipped one right out to make good on someone else' screw up.

Thanks and keep up the good work

The PO dosen't do it too often, about as much as anyone else but when they do thier tracking sucks! We usually see them returned to us a month later though.

Because everyone has a different idea of how to shave it, we have done a few for locals but the way we did it was to clamp the complete axle to the mill table with a cover on and flycut the shave as a unit. Then, while still attached to the table we would weld a plate to the cover and drill and tap the remaining portion of the housing for the additional piece.

Pretty challenging for the at home guy, but we make these in kit form so you can do something but we found starting with the cover complete was easier.
