the frame holeis tapped so i need to adjust the bumper hole. i dont have a grinder

if i oblong the bumper hole and use a bolt and washer to hold it on is there gonna be any stregth issues when using it as a pulling point? i dont want any safety issues.

They did a wee little bit of work in my Jeep and its held up all right The 'ol Mike Mihelich - The Legend probably is the cause for those wholes

the quality of the bumper is great i believe my frame may be tweaked just slightly all i was looking for was someone with a drill or grinder who could help. my drill had recently stopped working. thanks for the suggestions
