Angry Need Some HELP!!!!! sound from jeep that makes you want to kill yourself

There is a sound coming from my jeep which is a 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4.0I 5 door that makes me want to strangle someone. It comes on about 90 percent of the time but generally stops when i hit around 60 miles an hour and its not a sound from a belt or anything i checked that and switched out the serpentine belt...noise is still there...the odd thing is that every time i accelerate and hit the gas the noise stops. but when i let off the gas the high pitched squealing noise comes right back. also does it on the idle.

I had some suggestions of a high pressure vacuum leak but was unsure of where the leak would be..

ANY SUGGESTIONS!!!!!

Does it make the noise when you are stopped at a light, or just when you are coasting? What about while you are braking?

If I were everybody else in this thread (except FlatFender), I would go post in the real thread in Jeep Tech.
