how much triangulation do I need? The lower links are 12.3 degrees from straight and the uppers are 29. Is that good enough to run without a panhard bar?

Looking good, Joel. I think you should just get your new motor running in the thing, though. And the existing extended wheelbase doesn't look "ghetto fab" at all, IMO.

On a related note, can you build me an e-omlette...I'm kind of hungry this morning.

it'll be fine how you have it.... if you add in a panhard bar you will have to remove one of the upper links or things will bind up.
