$1200 87 Grand Waggy that was completely under-represented and he forgot to mention that he had a boatload of NOS and new spare parts. It had a remanned 360, MSD, new lift, new tires, rebuilt axles and a brand new interior (upholstery, some trim and new carpet). At the time we got it, it had the nicest interior of any of our Jeeps.

Only had a small amount of rust on one rear rocker and he had a new replacement panel he included.

Drove it for a summer and had to sell it (for a tidy profit and I didn't include the spare parts other than the rocker panel) in order to move up here.

I'll never find one again in the condition it was in for the price.

Trek 1400 road bike. Originally listed for $200. I emailed the guy, offered $100 (why not?) and he declined.

A week later, it was listed on craigslist from another nearby town for $100. I emailed with a different email addy and offered $50. We settled on $75, and I picked it an hour later.

The frame ended up being cracked, I traded a guy a set of old cantilever brakes for a Lotus frame, swapped all the parts over, and sold the lotus for $200.

Worked out well for me.

A Maytag washer and dryer set with the plastic still on it $150. The guys wife threw him out so he bought them for his new apartment. A week later she took him back. He needed cash to break his lease. I didnt lowball him . That is the price he listed them for.
